Emails and logs
Open Emails for the message list and Logs for operational events. Filter by status, time or identifier, then open a message to inspect sender, recipients, stream, template version, provider result, delivery attempts and feedback.
Message lifecycle
Section titled “Message lifecycle”Accepted and scheduled messages may be canceled before dispatch. Failed messages expose a stable failure category and diagnostic; retry only after correcting the cause. Delivered, bounced and complained events update message state and suppression/deliverability controls. A retry creates another controlled attempt rather than hiding the original history.
Attachments and exports
Section titled “Attachments and exports”Attachment metadata is visible with the message; objects remain in the customer R2 bucket and follow Runtime retention. Authorized clients can list/download attachments. Message lists can be exported as CSV and time-limited share links can be created and revoked where enabled.
What to record for support
Section titled “What to record for support”Include Runtime ID and version, message ID, timestamp, endpoint, HTTP status and error code. If no message exists, the request failed before acceptance; if it exists, use attempts and events to isolate queue, provider or DNS behavior.
