Business Mail overview

Business Mail is the company-email module inside All2CF Mail. It uses the same account, organization, Billing page and Cloudflare authorization as Send, but deploys a separate customer-owned Runtime and keeps mailbox data isolated.

What it provides

• Employee identities and personal inboxes.
• Shared inboxes with owner, member and read-only access.
• Aliases, distribution groups, catch-all routing and verified forwarding.
• Branded Webmail plus IMAP/SMTP application passwords.
• Security policy, retention, legal holds and mailbox migration.

Business Mail is not a shared hosted mailbox service. The Worker, D1, R2, Queue, routing and message data stay in the connected Cloudflare account.
