Business Mail overview
Business Mail is the company-email module inside All2CF Mail. It uses the same account, organization, Billing page and Cloudflare authorization as Send, but deploys a separate customer-owned Runtime and keeps mailbox data isolated.
What it provides
Section titled “What it provides”- Employee identities and personal inboxes.
- Shared inboxes with owner, member and read-only access.
- Aliases, distribution groups, catch-all routing and verified forwarding.
- Branded Webmail. Optional IMAP/SMTP client connection service requires separate contact and activation.
- Security policy, retention, legal holds and mailbox migration.
Business Mail is not a shared hosted mailbox service. The Worker, D1, R2, Queue, routing and message data stay in the connected Cloudflare account.
Price and operating advantage
Section titled “Price and operating advantage”Business Mail starts with Pro at $19.90 per organization per month. Pro includes one workspace and unlimited employees; the All2CF platform fee remains $19.90 whether the workspace has 5, 25 or 100 employees. Cloudflare infrastructure usage is billed separately.
The same subscription also includes transactional Send, managed Runtime updates, backup, verification and security controls. Business adds multiple workspaces, Campaigns, Automations, HA and advanced archive. Optional Outlook, Apple Mail and IMAP/SMTP client connection service requires separate activation.
