Webmail, mail clients and security

Publish Webmail on a hostname such as mail.example.com. Configure the company name, logo and accent color, then verify the hostname before inviting employees.

Employees create personal application passwords for supported mail clients. Shared inbox access follows each employee’s role; shared passwords are not used.

Review authentication results, spam verdicts, suspicious senders, retention policy and legal holds in the workspace. Security and retention are scoped to that company domain.

Use the migration workspace for Gmail, Microsoft 365 or EML imports. Run a preview, inspect message and attachment totals, then retain rollback evidence before cutover.
