Deploy a Business Mail workspace
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A domain using Cloudflare DNS.
- The organization Cloudflare connection must have Workers, D1, R2, Queues, DNS, Email Routing and Email Sending permissions.
- Choose the company domain and the Webmail hostname before deployment.
Deploy
Section titled “Deploy”Open Business Mail → Workspaces → New workspace. Select the connected account and domain. All2CF Mail creates a dedicated Worker, D1 database, R2 bucket, Queue, DLQ and secrets, then configures Email Routing and verifies health.
The deployment Runner only creates, upgrades, rolls back or removes infrastructure. It does not process long-running inbound mail; the customer Runtime owns that path.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”The workspace is ready only when Runtime health, Email Routing, sending authentication and Webmail configuration pass. A failed deployment can be retried without creating a second workspace.
